Not all contact centres are outsourced, many are insourced;

meaning that they are running their own contact centres either within the company or they hire an outsourcer to run their contact centre but the team is located in the premises of the client due to customer data confidentiality or other reasons.

This is what we term as Insourcing.

We are able to recruit, train and place our team in your company premises and operate accordingly.
